I haven't heard of any real movement on them building a chapter house, but I have heard the "2017" that's been thrown around lately. So, I'm assuming they've had to decide on something (other than "yes, let's build a house")! So, where COULD they build? My guesses: between PiPhi & Sigma Nu, south of DZ on 13th... and that's what I've got so far.
