Have you walked past the SK construction lately? It's huge - way bigger than I was expecting! Also, any clue on where GPhiB is building? I've also heard they want it done by fall 2017. I'm betting because that's when APhi colonizes and they want to draw a distinct line between them as the newest chapters. But, how are they going to fund that so soon? SK saved for ever from what I've heard. Plus, will they or so they have a space until they build?
