Theta and pi phi are upper middle tier, theta might be slightly higher depending on who you talk to. Theta's more into smoking and pi phi's more into drinking. DZ and chi o are lower middle tier but comparable. Both are generally boring and average but DZ is conservative and chi o is more athletic.
