Makes me sad if these girls WERE silenced for voicing their opinion. Look at the positive impact you've had on these "lower tier" ladies above me! If they told you to shut up then you should speak louder! Make a change from within and turn your "top tier" house into a chapter with great values. The older girls will be gone soon and do you really want to keep this type of attitude going if you are a PC 14' or 15'?
