Also, before any of you decide that I am a girl in a "lower tier" sorority who is just trying to change things for my own benefit. I am actually in ZTA, and I know for a fact that my chapter is guilty of a lot of this shallowness. However, my sisterhood has been severely lacking lately. I would love to be able to go to dinner and not feel nervous to sit next to some of my sisters because of what I've seen their personalities to be. I want everyone to be more focused on getting along, that would really make me proud to be a ZTA. A lot more than having "hot" sisters with personalities that are lacking in substance (not saying that there's a lot of that in the house, but there is definitely some).
