The one and only reason to bring on a new sorority is when quota gets so high that new member classes become so big that they are less cohesive and hard for the sororities to accommodate. If it starts feeling like less of a sisterhood due to size, then the sororities will want to vote for expansion. But this would need to be the condition across the board, for every single chapter. Sorority expansion is never because girls didn't get a bid. Pnm's don't find homes every single year no matter what and another house never changes that scenario.
