If a sorority does not have a full pledge class at quota (set by UF), they can call back those who were released from recruitment and offer a bid. Last fall due to record numbers many were released after round 3 and yesss some still showed up unannounced at pref. So if a sorority gives out 60 bids with a requirement of 80, they will be required to call back girls the morning of bid day. You really don't want to rush hoping for a snap bid/ only given a bid because a house didn't meet quota that’s not the best way to join a sorority
