If you have great looks, great conversationalist, beauty, and great activities then all the houses will probably want you. If you are missing some of those, you may have to make up for it in other areas. It doesn’t mean that you won’t get in but top houses have to drop more PNMs so it will be harder for everyone. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Keep an open mind and you may absolutely love the one that you get a bid from
