Kappa, Gphi and phi mu probably have the best reputations of the bottom tier. All of them kind of have a similar reputation. Overall they are all really sweet girls with slight variations in personality/vibe. Kappa is like happy outgoing Christian girls. Gphi is more fun girls with a ton of diverse personalities.
