This question always comes up this time each year. Independents see how much fun Greeks are having and they want to join or they go through sorority rush and drop out because they think they deserve a higher tier. Spring rush is very small and always consists of lower tier and a few mid tier houses. It’s rare that a top house has spring rush. If they do take some members, they most likely know them. Same with mid tier If you are serious about rushing in spring, make an effort to get to know sorority members this semester. Otherwise, go through fall rush which is much larger.
