What's happening behind the scenes? RFM is happening. Before the RFM system was in place there was unfairness to sororities and pnm's alike and tons of really amazing girls got dropped that were actually wanted, and great sororities ended up closing. It was sad, really. Ask anyone who was around then about cross cutting. So many more PNM's get a bid now and end up loving the house they get and sorority membership is larger than it has ever been. But trolls still hate us.
