@exactly!! i think you were pretty spot on EXCEPT saying pikapp is where the middle tier starts.. thats insanely not true. that would mean that delt, ka, and any other fraternities you mentioned worse than them would be bottom tier which that just isn’t true? i would say pikapp is about as upper mid as it gets. them pike and pilam all have similar vibes except pike and pilam have more top tier groupies but pikapp has more actual events with these sororities. pikapp has socials with adpi, zta, tridelt, dg, and aoii, the only top srat they don’t do stuff with his KD. everything else was spot on though, delt and ka both falling and pikapp and pilam rising slightly for different reasons. pikapp is “trying hard” to make a name for themselves in the top tier and pilam is breaking their 3 year hoco dry spell. looks like pikapp might follow their lead
