Im rushing this fall and all I’ve heard is that Theta chi and Beta are lowest of tier. Complete weirdos when I met them at JJ’s and would highly not recommend. Then I talked to a bunch of Pi lams at white buffalo and they asked me about Juice worlds next album. So they’re also a no go.
