agreed. everyone knows this too 🙄 that’s why ik theta self ranks hard on this site too bc they’re always second choice of all the top frats and/or usually end up with pike (which has fallen off... Upper mid now). in alphabetical order top houses are: ADPI AOII DDD DG KD ZTA dg and kd have also been struggling with their relations w top frats lately but kd pairs better, and aopi falls off after recruitment year after year
