Top of the Middle in no order: THETA, CHI O, PI PHI there are more top tier frats than there are sororities and these three houses are the houses these extra frats are socializing with and dipping down to. they also have the best retention rates MIDDLE in no order: DZ, DEEPH these houses have great fun girls but sadly Many of the best girls in these houses have dropped BOTTOM MID: AXO while this house isn’t on par with other middle houses, they have great girls that put them above the bottom tier houses
