SigEp's award winning Balanced Man Program is aligns perfectly with year-round recruitment. Self-paced challenges allow for members to enter and exit challenges at their own pace. Let's say you go to the chapter website and register as a brother this weekend. The members already in the Sigma challenge have completed one of the eight Sigma Challenge meetings this semester. You would just join the rest of the members in the Sigma challenge for the remaining six meetings of the semester, and then attend the first meeting the Sigma Challenge in the fall before moving on to the Phi Challenge.
