Snaps were over and unfortunately most PNMs that drop do so because they only have lower tiers left. That’s great if you are not focused on tiers and are open to houses such as Sigma Kappa. They offered bids and not everyone accepted the because of the ‘tier’ issue. They have a beautiful. New house and some great girls.
