Yes they can be tough cuts. It’s hard for us to say what your chances are but top tiers have to drop the most each round due to return rates. Prefs are different. Houses don’t ‘cut’ but have bid lists and all PNNs are ranked on the lists. I know that many chapters have to put legacies at the top of bid lists after prefs. The bid lists are matched with the PNM ranking.
