Yes you can but if you go through rush this fall and join a house, recommend you wait a semester or two to join a service or engineering sorority since you'll need to get workload under control. And as a fellow STEM major myself, I highly recommend you join a house that prioritizes academic. I mean all sorority women are smart but my house has a lot of women in really hard majors and we've formed study groups, which helps. Good luck!
