dude... cob and spring rush has nothing to do w the chapter... some nationals are psycho about meeting Panhellenic total even if 1 under and require the chapters to add more girls. COB isn't a negative thing at all... and if you're trying to make it one, why not go ahead and call out KD for having to throw out SNAP BIDS (which literally means not enough pnms put said sorority as their first choice so they have to scramble to meet the QUOTA) for the last 3 years in a row ??? can everyone on this site stop acting like infants who has to be "better" than the next group of girls to validate themselves?
