Pike brought back hawaiian and Theta Chi has had two good hoco pairs in a row. Upper Mid: SAE has Tri-Delt but does nothing special anymore to deserve to be considered “top”. KA has been slipping recently so they could fall to the middle tier. Mid: I know Pi Lam gets plenty of hate, but they have a lot of top tier groupies.
