Yup - Pi Phi is the “most desired” house in middle tier - that’s why Pi Phi, DZ and Deeph had to Spring Rush. And Pi Phi was listed as “Top” by a “Troll” PNM in this post. Nice try. Tri Delt Theta and XO are Top of Mid with Tri Delt rising to Top and AOII dropping. XO and DZ “crossrush” - not on the same level though as far as looks, involvement, sisterhood, gpa, and socially.
