This happens to a TON of girls, that's why there are beautiful hot girls in every tier. My guess is you just don't have the same vibe of the house! I'm a junior gone through 2 recruitments from the other side and I am not in a top tier, my house has good return rates but we still have to be careful. We would rather drop a great girl who we know isn't the best fit for my houses personality and invite someone back who is, because ultimately if she doesn't click she'll end up choosing another house and then we just wasted an invitation on someone who we knew would fit in better somewhere else. The top tier on the other hand basically has their pick of the litter so if they sense that your vibe doesn't fit they can drop you the first round. They don't have to worry about girls wanting to come back because most will not try to drop them
