They can rerush in the fall during formal recruitment. If you accept a bid during continuous open bidding, you just have to wait until the next cycle of formal recruitment which would be fall 2019. To the OP: do spring and try to find a chapter, it's more likely you'd get a bid now because rushing as a junior is really difficult, not unheard of, but definitely hard and you won't really relate to your PC. But if you do rush as a junior, really get involved because that's the only way you'll get a bid
