Beautiful house, don’t get me wrong, but tiers here are airtight. I’m in another chapter here and I know a few girls in Gamma Phi. A friend of mine dropped the week before initiation cause she realized she didn’t fit in. They’re a bottom tier house, and it doesn’t matter that much, but gets them a mixed bag when it comes to personalities of girls. The people I know are a bit weird lol. Sigma Kappa didn’t jump up to being middle or top top with their new house, and neither will Gamma Phi. Y’all aren’t better than them by a large margin. Ranks take years to improve, and it probably won’t happen for another 20/30 years IF rush is consistent and they have a stellar PC. Judging by this year though, I’m not sure it’ll happen.
