Let's be real for a second. In no particular order... Top tier Fraternities are Phi Delt, Sigma Chi, SAE, ATO and Beta. Period. Sometimes KA thrown in there. Good/on the rise are Pike and maybe Theta Chi with the new house and all the Sig Eps they took. Top sororities are ADPi, KD, Tri Delt, Zeta, and DG. Theta and AOPi sometimes thrown in there. Good/on the rise are DZ and and Pi Phi.
