every house usually does spring rush. Spring time usually has a lot less kids than fall, so the PC's are a lot smaller generally. Fraternities usually feel it out by the week. If they have a lot of people they like, and they accept bids then they will keep rush open, if not then they will close their house down for rush for the semester.
