Delt: party hard drink a lot but they are some what immature. Kappa sig: laid back guys, nice but some awkward guys Pi kap: balanced overall, good involvement but they try hard and no house Kappa sig and delt both live off row which could be good or bad depending on where you live during rush, parking and other stuff I've been roommates with a guy in each frat my sophomore and junior year for reference.
