I agree with almost all of this except the new thing to try and put phi mu on the level of KKG and AXO. Phi mu has definitely improved and by that I mean that they used to be bottom bottom. Below SK and AEPhi. No doubt they have some cute girls and their PCs are better. BUT there is still a fairly big gap in terms of quality of PCs, there just is. And just because phi mu is improving doesn't mean kkkg and or axo haven't also gotten cuter girls/improved-- meaning also improving. These houses are just not comparable. KKG and AXO are bottom middle and Phi Mu is a bottom house
