There are many instances of people going to prefs and changing their minds or changing their minds after joining. A more rational and better decision would be not to suicide and give the house a chance then drop before initiation if it really doesn't fit. How do you know that you won't like it after joining? You don't. Worst case is that you join, meet lots of people during game days, socials etc and then drop after really getting to know the girls.
