Mist likely never because it's so rare. Do not count on it. You may still get invited to prefs. Stick with it!! If you go to prefs you must maximize your options. The best advice is to get a bid and see his your experience goes. If you don't like the house after a month, drop and go thru fall rush in 18. Spring rush is very rare as well. If you drop, make an effort to socialize and get to know pan women during the next year and hopefully that will help you in the fall.
