As a girl in one if the other houses similar to ZTA, pnms are not judged on LOOKS. They are judged, however, on presentation. I have friends in ZTA and other top houses and we have all discussed this. Presentation is not equivalent to how pretty a girl is. We factor in the way the pnm presents herself. Things like doing your hair and your makeup, putting effort into your outfit... these are what we are looking at. We focus on well rounded, friendly girls that can be positive assets to our chapter. Seeing a pnm put their best foot forward and showing that they care enough to make a good impression and put themselves together is what we are judging in the "looks" category. I can not stress this enough!!
