I'm not totally sure about Beta, but I know SAE used to be great, but now they're falling. People normally say it's because they're ruining sorority relations, and they act all pretentious, and girls haven't been having much fun at their parties. In ranks there are a lot of things taken into account. ATO is tied for #1 with Sigma Chi because they're really facey, involved, and a certain amount of southern which girls like. Sigma Chi on the other hand is a lot more diverse with their guys, and a lot more low key, but they have more socials/parties than any other fraternity. They also have legendary date functions, ask any girl that has been to Sigma Chi's Biker Bash. Both are great fraternities.
