Who exactly can write rec letters other than family and alumni? Can an active member at a UF chapter write a rec letter? How about an active member at a chapter that isn't UF? Please let me know, I'm the first in my family to go Greek and it's not really popular where I'm from so none of my friends parents or anything went Greek.
