to be quite honest, phi mu is ranked so low because for years they dealt with a negative stereotype and could not get their act together. i'm talking years ago, early 2000s. within the last 5 or 6 years, pm has gotten better PCs, grown involvement, grown pan relations, etc. and has a great sisterhood. unfortunately houses do not jump ranks over night, and contrary to popular belief/anything said on this website, it can take years. this chapter is very strong and really don't care what other people think about them, however they aren't "moving to mid" anytime soon. they are still just as genuine, have involvement, and have pretty girls and i wish them all the best! IMO, phi mu worries more about improving their house more than ranks, so going off a comment above, anyone who wants to speak negatively about them most likely is another bottom house that feels threatened in some way. newsflash ladies, recruitment is almost over, its a little desperate!
