If you are nice, normal, open minded, and not a grade risk, you have right there up'ed your odds tremendously. If being in a sorority is something you are really interested in, you should absolutely give rush a try. There are a lot of success stories for upperclassmen, going in with the right attitude tho is a big factor in where or not it works out. Top tier or bust is an example of an attitude that statistically is not a good way to approach rush.
