Idk why these group of houses have been popping up a bunch but it goes AEPi in a league of their own, Chi phi then Delta Chi (or switched who cares), then goes Phi Tau. Chi Phi, Delta Chi, and Phi Tau have the same social circles ( I know I am in it). Oasis is super fun but it is just one fun night a year. Chi Phi has good game days, used to have some good parties when I was a freshman. Delta Chi has a good mix of parties and pregames. Vibes at each house are different but I don't know everyone from each house enough to give a description. AEPi Chi Phi / Delta Chi Phi Tau Let's put this to bed now.
