1) I'm pretty sure every sorority probably takes at least one or two juniors during fall. It is more so that there are chapters that will accept more juniors than others. Unless you know a lot of girls, rushing as a junior is much more competitive than as a freshman. 2) If you can get some, I wouldn't see where it would hurt. UF chapters don't put too much importance on rec letters but it DEFINITELY wouldn't hurt you.
