it depends where off campus. I was in your shoes, but I lived pretty close to sorority row so I just walked (with my ELECTRIC FAN - GET ONE YOU WILL BE SO GRATEFUL also COLD WATER BOTTLES) also, there's no reason to go to reitz except for prefs (I think), and pi chis walk in a big group to reitz. you'll need to go to the phillips center and sorority row mostly. if you're far, your best bet is uber IMO. fully worth the $$$ to save time and sweat. but if you rather not spend the money, then download the RTS app (I think it's called Transit). again, you'll need to be able to get to phillips center and sorority row.
