AEPi and Phi Tau do stuff with KKG, AXO, etc and not Phi Mu/Gphi/SK and are therefore similar in ranking. Delta Chi does stuff with KKG/AXO as well as Phi Mu but not so much GPhi or SK so they're one step lower.
