Probably a dumb question, but what do the tiers actually mean? I don't know a lot about Greek life here outside of the rankings on here, but does that mean that top frats like SAE/ATO have the coolest guys/best parties? Again, really sorry if this is a dumb question, just wanted to know more before summer B!
