rush fall. there are only like 5 houses who do spring rush. some keep it super down low because they dont want a bunch of random girls rushing since the houses pretty much already know who they want. your options (if you have any) will be extremely limited in spring. don't do it. well unless you've been guaranteed a bid from someone (which is illegal but hey)
