Let me first say I am a (non religious) Christian, and I respect all beliefs. My mom is not religious but my dad is. I love ADPI. I loved them during rush, and I love them now, but to be #1 you have to appeal to the masses. The majority of people know your house is beautiful, classy, and sweet but were not interested in the religious vibe. Most people are not religious, and prefer a house where religion is not part of the rituals. ZTA and DDD appeal to more people overall, and possess the other qualities as well.
