sometimes chapters get really messed up because of snap bids, and we saw that happen during 2015 rush with one specific top tier chapter. the chapter picked their 20 or more snap bids from a slideshow ^^^^^ thats true based on their picture and no other quality. I know a girl who dropped out of rush (because it wasn't for her, she said) before lunch round 1 and didn't even make it to that house, but she still got a snap bid because she's pretty.
