pretty much, they aren't a good thing. it mixes girls who fit in with the rest of the pledge classes with the snap bids who did not fit in anywhere for some strange reason. what results is the snap bids feeling like they don't necessarily fit in, and the whole pledge class becomes divided between the girls who fit in with the rest of the chapter and with one another and the other side which is girls who don't really fit in. They were just picked off a slide show because they were pretty. No other credentials.
