Alpha Phi recruits heavily on looks nationwide, so I doubt it'll be as easy as Gamma Phi Beta. Overall, I'm sure they will pull out all the stops during recruitment (they'll likely have the funding for it) to get the absolute best girls possible. Lucky for nationals, a lot of Alpha Phi legacies will be up to their standards so it shouldn't be too difficult. I predict Alpha Phi will start off at middle tier from the beginning then rise to the top once their house is built and they are more established.
