KD is very southern and preppy. They are average looking and wearing Lilly and monograms. Snap bids made them an easy house to get into and the quality of their girls is poor. ADPi is also more southern. They are generally very classy and put together, kind to others and genuinely beautiful. Very difficult house to get into because they only want the best. ZTA is full of very beautiful and involved women. They care about their looks but who doesn't. Generally trendier than other sororitys and are fun and laid back. Can be catty. Very hard house to get into again because they want the best.
