Best will def be shaken up with SK rebuilding and GPhiB doing the same soon. Worst, I agree, Deeph has a crappy outside, but I love that walkway inside. AEPhi at least got their roof fixed, but they're squeezed on that lot oddly. Iconic, I agree again, DZ is right on 13th so,it stands out, plus it's what you think of when you think of a southern sorority house. I kinda think Theta has a house that seems like them, I like their front porch a lot. ADPi has nice decor. Amenities will shake up, but doesn't XO have an ice cream machine?! Meal plans I've heard all kinds of different stuff from my chapter: fried Friday, tom soup and grilled cheese weekly, breakfasts on weekends... But no idea on who eats the best.
