It's all public record all you have to do is look it up. Based off of what I've seen there is nothing to support Pike owns the land or property located at 1842 Indianola Ave. All evidence points to Kappa Sig owning it. I guess no one on this site who doesn't actually go to the fraternity will know that until next fall. KA is due to leave after this year.
