These types of posts are ridiculous. Nobody really knows them as a group yet. These kinds of posts are probably meant to sound like self-ranking on their part (but probably not). They have no history of working together/hanging out together, etc. They will probably lose some girls who are not prepared for the work involved, or just don't like it.
